Colorado prosecutors are expected to file formal charges against James Eagan Holmes, the former neuroscience student accused of killing 12 people and wounding 58 others at an Aurora movie theatre.

Attorneys will also argue at Monday morning’s hearing over a defense motion to find out who leaked information to the news media.

The information included details about a package the 24-year-old former neuroscience graduate student allegedly sent to his psychiatrist at the University of Colorado Denver.

Legal analysts expect the case will be dominated by arguments over the defendant’s sanity.

What people generally tend not to understand is that most of the
students/children who can contribute to the world to a great extent
are usually shy and withdrawn. Their character may be of different
factors including family situations. However, thanks to the media,
these people are not considered to be the "cool" kind. This deprives
of them of the much needed friendship and companionship for their
stability. Unfortunately, the women/men looks to these people only
after they have become/as "a stable financial source". Einstein would
not have succeeded hadn't he was supported by his mother. Dr. Nash
also wows it to his wife. The history is replete of such people and
their social need. Without such stabilizing factors, there are high
chances that these people go overboard... Without addressing these
factors, the world is proving to be both selfish and ignorant and is
only doomed to be damned...
