Two Indian students from Bangalore and Baroda have made it to the Dean’s List of the prestigious Berkeley College in New York, while another from Mumbai has been named to the President’s List.
Anil Gopalreddy of Banglore, a student at the Lower Manhattan Extension Centre in New York, and Mital Patel of Baroda, a student at the Middlesex Campus in Woodbridge, New Jersey have been named to the Dean’s List at the Berkeley College for the Summer 2009 Quarter, Berkeley College President Dario A Cortes announced.
Berkeley College students who achieve a grade point average of 3.50 or better with a minimum of 12 academic credits qualify for the Dean’s List.
Mr. Cortes said Atit Kothari of Mumbai, a student at the Westchester Campus in White Plains, New York, has been named to the President’s List at Berkeley College for the Summer 2009 Quarter.
“Berkeley College is proud to recognise Atit for outstanding academic achievement,” he said.
“Students who reflect this level of dedication to their studies become our future leaders,” Mr. Cortes added.
Berkeley College students who achieve a grade point average of 4.00 with a minimum of 12 academic credits qualify for the President’s List.
