Police say an avalanche in northwestern Pakistan has killed at least 19 people.
Police official Naqeebullah Khan said heavy snows hit four homes in a remote village of Kohistan district.
Another 18 people were missing after the avalanche on Wednesday.
During winter, snow regularly triggers avalanches in various parts of Pakistan.
