Such type of incidents are really dangerous for the peace of the region. I think this is second such incident where a military person have links with Taliban and have killed his own colleagues. Such incidents will not only break the moral of the security forces but will also enhance insecurity and fear among them. I think India should come forward and help afghan security forces to curb on Taliban militia. Dismantling of Taliban network is very important for peaceful borders and internal security.
