After piling on a massive 800 for 7 before declaring, Vidarbha rubbed it in further by reducing Rest of India to 98 for 6. Rajneesh Gurbani ran through the middle order and the only resistance at the top came from Prithvi Shaw. Hanuma Vihari battled it out to keep RoI afloat, with the lower order for company.

A small passenger plane carrying five people crashed into a house shortly after takeoff north of Manila today and killed all those on board and five people on the ground, officials said. The Piper-23 Apache plane took off from the airport in Plaridel town in Bulacan province then crash-landed on Saturday for a still-unknown reason and smashed into a house.

The Congress’s plenary session begins on Saturday, with senior party leaders giving final shape to draft resolutions to be adopted at the conclave.

Congress president Rahul Gandhi took to Twitter to welcome the delegates. "Over the next two days I look forward to interacting with you and to sharing experiences and perspectives that will together help us build a stronger, more vibrant Congress party," he wrote.
