Villagers stage road roko demanding drinking water

Residents of Narayanakuppam village located in Thandarampattu taluk staged a road roko demanding drinking water on Thursday.

They complained that their village was not receiving piped water properly for the past three months and their repeated complaints had fallen on deaf ears. Police and Block Development Officer Parithimal pacified the protesters following which they dispersed.
