NLC India Limited (NLCIL) in association with Neyveli Chapter of National Institute of Personnel Management is hosting a two-day national seminar on human resources at its Learning and Development Centre from Friday.
According to organisers, the seminar theme, “Leveraging Employee Engagement for Driving Growth,” would serve the twin purpose of providing inputs for strategic employee engagement and also a better stakeholder engagement by having own employees as brand ambassadors for the organisation.
Efficient Public Relations, Right to Information and Official Language Implementation across organisations, especially Public Sector Enterprises, would help the employees contribute better in stakeholder engagement.
The seminar aims to bring in fresh thought illustrated by demonstrated business success through firm belief in engagement philosophy and strategies, and interventions.
Experts from renowned institutions across India would address the participants. Besides, 10 Research papers on human resources augmentation would be presented.
