Pensioners who have not submitted their Digital Life Certificate are required to do so through Jeevan Pramaan Patra at Employees Provident Fund Organisation, Regional Officer, Puducherry on or before June 25.
S. K. Manjunath, Regional PF Commissioner-II, said that the opportunity applied to pensioners who have not submitted their Life Certificate digitally under Employees’ Pension Scheme 1995 for the year 2016.
Photocopy of Aadhaar card, bank pass-book, pension payment order number and mobile are required for the registration.
The pensioners can also submit their Jeevan Pramaan Patra Digital Life Certificate at the nearby Common Service centre or the Bank where their pension savings bank account number is maintained.
