March 26, 2014 10:33 am | Updated November 16, 2021 09:29 pm IST - PUDUCHERRY:

Union Minister V. Narayanasamy, who is also the Congress candidate for Puducherry constituency, on Tuesday asked the partymen to sink their differences to make Rahul Gandhi Prime Minister.

Apparently referring to the voice of discontent among the supporters of P. Kannan, MP, some of them have sent resignations from their respective party posts against the re-nomination of Narayanasamy, he said at the birth anniversary of former Chief Minister P. Shanmugam that differences were bound to happen in democracy. But, they should not forget the common goal of making Rahul Gandhi next Prime Minister. The differences could be sorted out.
