Moot Court contest ends in exciting finale

The 37{+t}{+h}All India Moot Court Competition was conducted between April 21 and 23 by Dr. B.R Ambedkar Government Law College, Puducherry.

The intense rounds, which saw the best teams from all over India battling out, culminated in an exciting finale, where the team from School of Excellence, The Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, emerged the winners, defeating the team from Sastra University, Thanjavur.

The victorious team from School of Excellence, The Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, was represented by Gopika Sasidharan and Sneha Pradeep.

Ms. Gopika Sasidharan was adjudged the ‘Best Lady Advocate.’ The team also won the Second Best Memorial Award.

The subject was a complicated, yet interesting amalgamation of both Constitutional and International Law.

The final was judged by Justice P. Devadass, Judge, Madras High Court, Dr. M. Gandhi, Dean, VIT School of Law and Prof Vincent Comraj, Principal, Govt. Law College, Tiruchi.
