Jipmer sends team to Jammu & Kashmir

Jipmer has deputed a group of doctors from the Departments of Preventive and Social Medicine and Microbiology to assist the medical team engaged in flood relief measures in Jammu and Kashmir. The doctors include Gautam Roy and Swaroop Kumar Sahu of the Department of Preventive and Social Medicine, and Rakesh Singh of the Department of Microbiology. T. S. Ravikumar, Director, Jipmer, wished the team and said more doctors would be sent on approval from the Union Ministry of Health.
