Fully automated coagulation analyser, a state-of-the-art facility, was commissioned at the Indira Gandhi Government General Hospital and Postgraduate Institute here on Wednesday.
Rajya Sabha member N. Gokulakrishnan inaugurated the the facility which was provided at a cost of ₹32 lakh under the MP’s Local Area Development Scheme in the presence of Health Minister Malladi Krishna Rao and Parliamentary Secretary to Chief Minister K. Lakshminarayanan.
The equipment helps manage more quickly and precisely any increased load of diagnostic and monitoring referrals from clinical laboratories.
