Criticising the Congress for presenting a vote-on-account instead of opting for a full Budget, AIADMK leader A. Anbalagan said the government had surrendered to the Lt. Governor.
He told presspersons here that the three-day session would be restricted to Lt. Governor’s address and presentation of vote-on-account. Most of the time would be spent to discuss the motion on Lt. Governor’s address. “It seems the session is held for the Lt. Governor,” he said.
He said the government had all the resources to go for a full budget but opted for a vote-on-account. The Chief Minister should explain the reason for presenting a vote-on-account, he added.
