The Lawspet unit of the Bharathiya Janata Party (BJP) has urged the government to ensure that the primary health centre in Lawspet is equipped with manpower and infrastructure. A resolution to this effect was adopted at a meeting of the party here on Sunday.

BJP Puducherry unit president V. Saminathan presided over the meeting. The meeting called upon the government to repair all damaged roads in Lawspet and install water purification plants to ensure supply of clean drinking water to the residents.
