A 56-year-old man, who was nabbed in Sanpada last month after complaints of molestation were registered against him, has been served a notice against committing similar acts in future.
Senior Police Inspector Suraj Padvi said the accused, identified as Chandrakant Hadkar, was arrested on August 5 after two girls of Oriental College complained that he molested them while they were heading for college.
He has been served a notice under 107 of Code of Criminal Procedure. He is under bond not to commit offences such as rape and molestation and could be externed from the city if he does so.
