Ulhasnagar road to be widened

The road widening work of 100 feet Ulhasnagar to Ambernath road undertaken by the Ulhasnagar municipal corporation will be handed over to the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority, minister of state for Urban Development Ranjit Shinde informed the legislative assembly in Nagpur.

Thane MLA and Public Works minister Eknath Shinde had demanded in a calling attention motion that MMRDA should complete the work for road without placing additional burden on the civic body and the shops and houses displaced should be accommodated near Indira Market area.
