A five-year-old boy from Madhya Pradesh, who was found at Borivali station, was on Friday reunited with his family by the Railway Protection Force (RPF).

The boy was found alone and crying at Borivali station by an RPF official on Thursday. He said his name was Manoj Chand. He also provided his father’s mobile number, using which RFP officials contacted his parents. As per the father’s instructions, the boy was handed over to his uncle Appu Sangdiya on Friday.

Manoj’s father, his brother-in-law and Manoj had come to the city from Rewa district of Madhya Pradesh. While boarding a train to Dahod from Borivali, Manoj was left behind due to some confusion, an RPF official said. — PTI
