Attend a two-week long workshop to get in shape right from the basics of Pilates to a full-intensity mat workout. Participants would be subjected to a series of repetitions of workouts including planks, spinal work and exercises that will focus on glutes, legs, and the abdominal muscles. These sessions aim to improve spinal and joint alignment, core engagement, via a calorie burning cardio method modified for the mat. Tangible results are promised after two weeks. Registration fees range from Rs 850 for a daily pass to Rs 6,500 for the entire duration.
