2 die in Mumbai wall collapse

Two people died while five others were injured after a compound wall of a building in south Mumbai collapsed early on Sunday morning.

Around 3 am on Sunday, the compound wall of a building in Tardeo in south Mumbai collapsed. While two inhabitants died on the spot, five others were rushed to a local hospital and were discharged after being administered with first-aid. A case of accidental death has been registered.

The city has been receiving incessant rains resulting in mishaps. So far six people have died in three separate incidents because of the heavy downpour.
