Vadakara Lok Sabha constituency saw the highest polling percentage in the State at 81 per cent. Kozhikode constituency in the district follows with 79.6 per cent.
As per the provisional statistics available on the official website of Chief Electoral Officer, Kerala, Perambra, with 84.5 per cent, registered the highest polling percentage among the seven Assembly constituencies that make up the Vadakara Parliamentary seat.
Perambra and KuttiadyPerambra is closely followed by Kuttiady at 84.3 per cent and the Vadakara Assembly constituency ringing in 81.4 per cent.
KoothuparambaWhile Koothuparamba and Koyilandy share polling percentages of 79.5 per cent, the voter turnout at Nadapauram was 80.1 per cent with Thalassery tailing at 78.1 per cent.
In the Kozhikode Lok Sabha constituency, the Elathur Assembly seat got top voter attendance at 83.4 per cent.
KunnamangalamThis was followed by Kunnamangalam with 83 per cent and Balusseri in third place with 82.1 per cent.
The Beypore Assembly constituency registered 77.3 polling percentage, closely followed by Koduvally with 77 per cent.
The urban Assembly seats of Kozhikode North and South saw voter turnout of 76.5 per cent and 76.1 per cent, respectively.
