Steps are being taken to enable land tax payment through mobile phones, Revenue Minister Adoor Prakash has said. The pilot project would be implemented in three villages each in Pathanamthitta and Kottayam districts, he said after opening a 305-metre suspension bridge, linking Madakkal beach and Vadakke Valappu, in Valiyaparamba village, near Cheruvathur, here on Monday.
