Late Indian Union Muslim League (IUML) leader and former Minister of State for External Affairs E. Ahamed was one of those politicians who had inculcated the virtues of democracy within himself, IUML leader Abdussamad Samadani has said. At an event held here on Thursday in memory of Ahamed, he said the former MP was described as the voice of India on the international platform. “Ahmed was a diplomat par excellence. He was a model for politicians,” Mr. Samadani said.
