Stubble burning the main reason for poor air in Delhi: HC

Stubble burning is the ‘main villain’ behind the severe pollution in Delhi and neighbouring areas, the Delhi High Court said on Tuesday. It asked the AAP government and the neighbouring States to spell out the steps taken to address the issue.
