A 21-year-old cut his tongue and the veins on both his hands at his residence in Pozhichalur in the early hours of Monday.
Prasanth is from Odisha and works as a plumber in the city. He was staying at his uncle’s house in Andal Nagar. He is under treatment and the police are waiting to get the password of his phone for further investigation.
