Display time: Arranging dolls for the nine-day fest is an art.

Navaratri is just a fortnight away. Every household has started making elaborate plans to set up a Kolu. The arrangement of dolls in each home is artistic and set according to the talent and creativity of the people involved. Some are innovative and some thematic.

Auspicious beginning

Navaratri, the nine-day festival, culminates in Vijayadasami, an auspicious day to start new ventures. Downtown invites announcements of classes and courses that begin on Vijayadasami.
