'Trash the Trash' Everyday Tips: Turn citrus fruit peels into dishwash powder

Ingredients: Orange/ musambi/lemon peels, shikakai powder, soap nut, ash used by your local ironing man

Step 1: Dry the fruit peels

Step 2: Grind the materials required in the mixer in the following proportion:

650 g of powdered peels

200 g of shikakai powder

50 g of soap nut

100 g of ash

You will get 1 kg of dishwash powder

*Ash helps remove grease, add volume and gives roughness
