Trains cancelled

Signal blocks for all lines at Avadi have resulted in the cancellation of four EMU trains on March 31.

Train number 43001, Chennai Central (Moore market complex) to Avadi EMU, scheduled to leave the Central at 12.15 a.m.; 43801, Chennai Beach to Arakkonam EMU local, scheduled to leave Chennai Beach at 1.20 a.m.; 43891 Avadi to Pattabiram E Depot, EMU local, scheduled to leave Avadi at 2.55 a.m.; and 43102, Pattabiram E Depot to Chennai Central EMU local, scheduled to leave Pattabiram at 3.20 a.m.; have been cancelled on Tuesday, a release said.
