The 79 Maruti Genuine Parts Distributorship, Oppiliappa Automobiles, Velappanchavadi, was inaugurated on September 15. Executive Director, Maruti Suzuki India Limited, R.S. Kalsi, inaugurated the facility. Mr. Kalsi visited the facilities created by N.S Srinivasan of Oppiliappa Automobiles and congratulated his team for setting up the warehouse in record time to serve MSIL customers.

Mr. Kalsi said that the new distributorship will be able to serve the customer better by providing right part at right time at right place and right price. MSIL is committed towards the satisfaction of end customer by providing value added services and products, he said.

Oppiliappa Automobiles is the fifth distributor in the State. Appointment of new distributor is in line with the objective of Maruti Suzuki to provide service at the door steps of the customers. The vision of the company is to make parts available at widespread locations across India.

Rohit Sehgal, Assistant General Manager (All India Spare-parts Sales) and Manish Jadhav – Regional Parts Manager (Tamil Nadu region) were present on the occasion.
