TAFE honoured at Global PR Conclave

Tractor manufacturer major, TAFE, has been felicitated with the Corporate Citizen of the Year Award at a Global PR Conclave hosted by the Public Relations Council of India (PRCI), Hyderabad.

This was part of PRCI’s Chanakya series of awards, which are given annually to corporate achievers in recognition of their contribution to the profession, industry and the society.

TAFE’s corporate citizenship activities focus on inclusive community development which included health, education and environment sectors.

The company’s efforts have always focused on the farming community. As part of the CSR activities, TAFE ensures that its relationship with the farmer does not end with the tractor. The award was received by TAFE’s Corporate Communications team, on behalf of the company. Vijayakumar Browning, General Manager, Corporate Communications, TAFE said “We are happy to receive this award for our long-term commitment as a corporate entity in society in general and the farming community in particular. Our responsibility to society and the environment is enshrined in our core values and is a part of all that we do in our organisation.”

TAFE has also won several communication collaterals awards at PRCI’s annual awards presented at the conclave for corporate Ad (language), corporate citizenship brochure, corporate brochure, corporate event and online newsletter TAFE CAFÉ.
