After a stellar start, Svanubhava shifts pace on Thursday to ring in rhythmic elements.

Ulhas Kashalkar will augur in the day with a Hindustani vocal recital, with Ravindra Katoti and Suresh Talwalkar.

Students of percussion will then discuss the physics, chemistry and mathematics behind the art of rhythm. These theories will be put to test at the Talavadyam concert later in the evening.

Post lunch, C.V. Chandrasekar will give a lecture demonstration on Bharatanatyam

The Talavadyam concert is a tribute to Palghat T.S. Mani Iyer, by Palghat T.R. Rajamani and V. Kamalakar Rao.
