In view of the upcoming birth anniversary of S.P. Adithanar, the founder of Tamil daily Dhina Thanthi, on September 27, Chief Minister Edappadi K. Palaniswami on Thursday instructed authorities to speed up work to construct a pedestal for installing the statue in Egmore before September 20.
