Shutterbug gets a new look

The Hindu  Shutterbug photography contest offers a whole new interface at >www.thehindushutterbug.com . Readers can register, upload, comment, share and vote for your pictures.  

Now in its fourth edition, the theme of the contest, is 'Breakfast in Chennai'. The winner gets a dinner pass for two at the Hilton, Chennai. Six finalists win dinner passes from GRT Grand and Savera. And winner of the readers' poll gets a Landmark voucher worth Rs. 1000.

The winners will be picked by Photo Editor D. Krishnan and food columnist Shonali Muthalaly, who will also interact with participants via their posts. Register and upload only at www.thehindushutterbug.com. Do fill in all the fields provided - where the image was taken, when and why.  The contest closes on September 30. The winning photograph will be featured in the city pages of The Hindu and top entries will be displayed online, at  >www.thehindu.com/chennai . Submitted images will be sent to The Hindu archives for future use, with due credit.
