Former Election Commissioner T.N. Seshan has teamed up with Bala V. Balachandran, founder, Chairman and Dean, Great Lakes Institute of Management, to bring out a book on leadership tilted ‘Yogyathwa’. With the tagline ‘Simple Access to Powerful Leadership’, the book is co-authored by Nixon Fernando, Assistant Professor, Leadership and Strategy, Great Lakes Institute of Management. “The book talks about the essential qualities and skill sets required for a leader. In a drastically changing environment in terms of technology, political situation-effective leadership is the key [quality]The book talks about the stature required to be a leader,” Mr. Balachandran said at the book launch.

Mr. Fernando said the book combined both the art and science of leadership.

The book was released by N. Vittal, Former Chief Vigilance Commissioner, T.S. Krishnamurthy, former Chief Election Commissioner, and Vinod Desari, Managing Director, Ashok Leyland, and Manikandan Thangarathnam, Director–Kindle Devices, Amazon.
