Scholarship offered
to students
A non-governmental organisation (NGO) is offering a scholarship for students to pursue their graduation.
Team Everest is offering an ‘I am the Change’ scholarship for students from single parent families or those who have lost their parents, those affected by floods and those from economically weak families, a press release from the NGO said.
The scholarship includes a donation of up to Rs. 30,000 for payment towards college, transportation, exams, hostel, mess or book fees.
It also includes 100 hours of training for selected scholars to enhance their skills and a voluntary internship with Team Everest.
