Railway helplines for suburban passengers

Southern Railway has appealed to passengers of Chennai suburban trains to call the helplines to record complaints.

A press release said that passengers can call the RPF helpline at 182 and complaint cell at 138. They can also call the control room of Chennai Division at 2535 4457 and the Officer on Special Duty to Chief Commercial Manager at 2535 4405.

Passengers and visitors can also call the last two numbers to complain about overcharging of Railneer water in stations.
