Railway helpline ‘138’ operational

A day after the Union Railway Minister announced a general helpline, the Southern Railway said that the customer helpline number 138 is operational in all the divisions of Southern Railway.

The helpline will address complaints relating to cleanliness, food and catering, coach maintenance, medical emergency and linen.
