The government has invited the public to offer opinions and objections to the new guideline values to the Tashildar or District Registrar of their area, before November 16.
The new guideline values as per current market rates drawn up by the government would be displayed in the offices of the Tashildar, sub-registrar, Corporation, all Corporation zones, District Registrar (South, Central, and North) and Chennai Collector between November 5 and 15.
