There will be power outages on a rotational basis in Royapuram from December 26 to 28, as Tangedco is planning to upgrade electrical equipment at the 33/11 KV Anna Poonga substation.
Areas that will have power outages are: M.C. Road, N.N. Garden, Cemetery Road, M.S. Koil Street, Raman Street, B.V. Koil Street, Venkatachalam Street, Masoodhi Street, Manikanda Mudali Street, Singara Garden, Meenakshi Amman Pettai, Dhobi Khan Street, Pichandy Street, Vaikunda Nadar Street, Corporation Model Lane, Veerasamy Street, Sanjeevaroyan Street and B.C. Press Road.
