PIL seeks direction to Governor on floor test

A public interest litigation petition has been filed in the Madras High Court seeking a direction to the Governor to ask Chief Minister Edappadi K. Palaniswami to prove his majority in the Assembly.

Advocate P. Pugalenthi filed the case in view of 19 AIADMK MLAs, owing allegiance to T.T.V. Dhinakaran, giving a letter to the Governor withdrawing their support to the Chief Minister.
