Passport mela for frequent travellers

To facilitate submission of applications and reduce the appointment period for frequent travellers, the Regional Passport Office will conduct a special passport mela at Passport Seva Kendras in Saligramam, Amnjikarai and Tambaram on May 21.

About 2,000 applicants are expected to benefit from the mela. To participate in the mela, all applicants have to register onwww.passportindia.gov.in, get the application registration number, pay the fees online and take appointment. The participants should take the printout of the application registration number with appointment details to the Passport Seva Kendras. Other relevant documents in originals and self-attested photo copies of the same should also be taken along.

Applicants for tatkal and PCC will not be accepted on that day. Walk-ins will not be entertained on that day.
