National meet on education next month

Don Bosco School of Excellence, Egmore, will host a national conference titled ‘Educators for Change’ on February 13 and 14.

Rector of the school, John Alexander, said the conference would bring together heads of institutions from CBSE, ICSE and other boards and facilitate a dialogue for bringing about changes in curriculum.

The speakers at the conference will include M.S. Swaminathan, founder and chairman of M.S. Swaminathan Research Foundation, Lakshmi Narayanan, vice-chairman of Cognizant Technology Solutions, N. Ram, chairman of Kasturi & Sons Ltd., Sashi Kumar, chairman of Media Development Foundation, and Jayati Ghosh, professor of economics, Centre for Economic Studies and Planning, Jawaharlal Nehru University.
