Migrant worker held in Chennai for harassing daughter

A 44-year-old person was arrested by the All-Women Police Station, Teynampet, on charges of sexual harassment meted out to his 12-year-old daughter.

The suspect, Surendhar, a migrant worker from Bihar, is working as a mason in the city.

He was living with his wife and daughter.

As he continued to harass his daughter, his wife preferred a complaint with the police against her husband.
