Leaders condole Kamla Advani’s death

Chief Minister and AIADMK general secretary Jayalalithaa and DMK president M. Karunanidhi on Thursday expressed their condolences on the death of Kamla Advani, wife of senior BJP leader L.K. Advani.

“Although no words of solace would really be adequate in such circumstances, I wish to share your grief by conveying my deepest condolences to you and to all the other members of your family,” Ms. Jayalalithaa said in a statement.

DMK chief condoles

In his condolence message, Mr. Karunanidhi said, “I convey my heart-felt condolences on the demise of your beloved wife, Tmt. Kamla Advani.”

Kamla Advani died at a hospital in Delhi due to heart failure. She was 83.
