In connection with the Krishna Jayanthi Mahotsavam, Sri Nandalala Religious Trust, Mylapore, will be having ‘Sri Jayanthi Celebrations’ from August 8 to 10.
An exhibition — Kannan Peyarai Solla Solla — will be inaugurated on August 8 at 9 a.m. by Dr. Achal of Vellore. Students of Savithri Ammal School will be presenting pinnal kolaattam . At 6 p.m., C. Sathyapriya and troop will present a dance recital.
On August 9, Moolavar will be decked in special alankaram — Panchali feeding Sri Krishna — at 9 a.m. Sri Yanthra Arathi will be performed at 5.30 p.m. On August 10, Uriyadi Urchavam will be at 9 a.m.; Balakrishna procession will be at 5.30 p.m.; Balamukundashtakam at 6.30 p.m. and Oyaali at 7.15 p.m.
