The Hindu ’s much awaited Kolu Kondattam is back in Chennai this year.

Participation is open to residents across the city. A panel of judges will visit each area: the way guests are received and traditional customs will fetch extra points.

A winner and two runners-up will be selected from each area. A city-wide winner will also be selected.
