ISIS threat letters: Probe on

Triplicane police has registered a case in connection with the threat letters claiming to be from ISIS. Sent out last week, these letters stated that RSS activists will be gunned down and bomb blasts will take place in Chennai before April 24.

The two letters were received at the office of the DGP and Chennai Press Club, claimed that the terrorist outfit had identified 50 RSS men and will exterminate atleast 10. City police has started a probe into the threats in a bid to ascertain the sender and are on alert following the bomb threats.
