The Indian Institute of Technology-Madras has launched a two-year executive MBA degree programme for mid-career professionals.
The course aims to offer state-of-the-art knowledge in sync with current industry requirements in digital economy, future manufacturing, and global strategy. Faculty coordinators R. P. Sundarraj and R. K. Amit said the EMBA programme draws strength from the high-impact research and teaching of the faculty of the management studies department.
Classes, set to begin in January 2018, would be held on alternate weekends. Candidates with a first class degree in any discipline in undergraduation and a minimum of three years of industry experience are eligible to apply. The candidates would be selected through an entrance examination and a personal interview.
