Mega event: Blind girls were given dress materials and blankets by the Inner Wheel Club of Madras.

Inner Wheel Club of Madras, Ashok Nagar, in association with Sakhal Sangh Guru Praveen Rishi, Royapettah, recently organised a mega healing camp for various ailments such as vision impairment and leprosy. Over 50 blind girls were given dress material and blankets. More than 500 leprosy-affected patients, hailing from villages in Chengalpet, Kanyakumari, Tiruttani, Bharathipuram, and Salem, were taught healing using colour therapy and meditation. Shirts, dhotis, blankets and saris were distributed. Callipers were also given to over 100 patients. The programme was held under the presidentship of Chandrakala Jain and attended by many members, including chairman of District Committee 323 Vasumathi Marimuthu.
