Handloom, handicrafts sale

Mrignayanee has been organising an exhibition-cum-sale of ethnic saris, dress material and handicrafts from Madhya Pradesh at Sri Sankara Hall, 267, T.T.K Road.

Major displays of items are Maheswari, Chanderi, kosa, vegetable dye and Bagh printed cotton saris and dress materials. Batik cotton saris, bed spreads, lungies, bed sheets, handicrafts of jute, bell metal, stone, beads, jewellery, are all available. Handcrafted furniture from Madhya Pradesh are also being displayed.

A discount of 20 per cent is being offered on all items. The exhibition is on till August 13 and is open 10.30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Mrignayanee is at 180, Luz Church Road. Ph: 2498 5497 / 94441 20027.
