The Vishaka Guidelines against sexual harassment at the workplace place the onus on the employer to prevent sexual harassment. It emphasises the need for awareness and cautions against further victimisation of victims. The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013 details the provisions.
